1. Food Orders
Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, we have a strict no return policy on food items. If there are any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately so that we can address your concerns.
2. Refund Policy

- Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery or pick-up. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered or offer a refund for the missing or incorrect item.
- Food Quality Issues: If there is a problem with the quality of the food you receive, such as spoilage or contamination, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if validated, we will offer a refund or replacement.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing it. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund as the preparation process may have already begun.

- Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final and non-refundable.
- Discounted or Promotional Items: Items purchased under a discount or promotion are non-refundable unless they meet the criteria for incorrect order or food quality issues.
